While this location was excellent and in a quiet area, It lacked the service cleanliness. The sheet was simply pulled up over whatever was on the bed, and the toilet paper folded. I do not call that servicing. Also the noise filtering from neighboring room was notable.

Some maintenance needed on rooms and corridors. Parking is very cramped and hard to use.

The lane in the car park is very narrow. My car was scratched by others when they drove away. The room is clean but smell when air conditioning is turn off, I suspected this is due to the carpet.

Very neat and clean. Close proximity to city and MCG and Tennis Centre. Good value for money.

Had a lovely time. Staff helpful and friendly.Area nice and quite, short walk to tram. Will stay again

Great place if you want yo attend the MCG

This is a double story box with fairly small rooms off a central corridor. Each has a sink, hotplate, and a small fridge in a small lounge area. The bedroom is so small that the double bed takes up all of the room. You have to sidle up between the bed and the wall. The wardrobe is located out in the lounge area. Overpriced but for the location which is close to the Melbourne Cricket Ground

Mould im the showers "painted over" and no shampoo/conditioner.

For my purposes,which were visits to a friend in a nearby hospital,excellent. A network of parks takes you into the city or Richmond. Friendly staff,comfortable rooms. Major drawback are the paper-thin walls. If you want to sleep rather than watch the massive plasma TV or tune in to your neighbours' life-stories,take ear-plugs.

Their bathroom facilities were ok but could do with some upgrading and repairs. The narrow driveways were a nightmare and parking very tight.

This is a great place to stay, so close to the MCG and a short easy tram ride to the city and Telstra Dome. The room was very clean and smelt fresh, it has friendly staff. We will be back for a short stay again. Parking was a bit tight out the back but the car survived ok

we stayed here for three nights. we all commented that the stay was very pleasant and the location was perfect for the business that we needed to do in the east of melbourne

It's not modern with new flashy decor, but it was clean, comfortable, with the basic amenities you need : tea, coffee, fridge, tv, separate toilet/shower. Ideally placed just out of the CBD, so not too much traffic/people noise, and within easy walk of trams/shops. A good, comfy, no frills place to stay, especially if you're sight seeing around the city and surrounds.

Bright clean room. Simple but adequate facilities.

For first time Melbourne a good start. near transport and the city and fashion districts

Other than the absence of an oven, the kitchenette was adequate. Service from the staff was friendly and they were all extremely helpful. The place is also very child friendly; you can loan cots and even prams!

good location close to restaurants and cbd- needs work ie maintenance - painting etc to bring up to standard

We really enjoyed our stay the staff where all very friendly and made us feel very welcome we liked the location also and the free parking is terrific and very nice hotel

Outstanding, super friendly and helpful service. Would not stay anywhere else in Melbourne.
