"Nice view from my hotel room on 21st level. As the hotel was fully booked, and yet I had booked from [your website], they did a free upgrade from Superior to Deluxe for us. But we had an unhappy taxi ride from hotel to Airport. We took this taxi with the help of the hotel's taxi service, clearly telling them to find us a taxi that goes by the meter. Apparently, this was not conveyed to the driver and unhappiness followed. Therefore, do make sure you insist on the meter with the driver before boarding it, even with the help of the hotel's taxi service." - Edward Sim
