Eaton Smart Hong Kong Hotel

Nice hotel exterior, polite staffs, comfortable clean room, great shower with tub. Complimentary cocktail and Metro bar with nice garden. 2-7mins walk to bus stops & MTR station. Eateries & restaurants across the road, opposite of famous Temple street attraction. Few bus stops away from Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district & Star Ferry attraction.

This hotel puts you on Nathan Rd in Kowloon in Hong Kong. An excellent place to start and really immerses you in the city. I like the real-city environment here. 5 minute walk to Jordan station which is then 2 or 3 stops from Central and the docks. Location, for this price, is excellent. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean, and has restaraunts and bars if thats youre thing. The prices weren't outrageous either there. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from one exit, Starbucks 30 seconds away walking distance on the corner. The rooms were a bit small but that's to be expected in Hong Kong. Otherwise fully appointed. My only problem honestly was the shampoo was pretty awful. The beds were a tiny bit stiff, but nothing really to complain about. Staff was nice. I'll be staying here again.

I always choose eaton hotel every year me and my family visits hongkong. It's always a wiser choice to choose eaton because of the cleanliness, convenience and excellent service.

Nothing out of the ordinary, small rooms, impersonal staff. Ok for one night

The rooms are on the small side, but okay for HK. The deluxe rooms are good- recently remodeled and comfortable, but the regular rooms are not what I would expect from 4-stars.

This hotel was excellent for the value; a very modern, clean hotel. The location was just a few blocks from Jordan MTR, which provides easy access around Hong Kong. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and free Internet in the lobby. The room was small, but what space isn't small in Hong Kong? I felt the amount of space was adequate for our needs and the room was kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a good location, but our so-called "superior" room was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Our suitcase wouldn't fit in the cupboard (neither would the clothes we took & we didn't have many as our pre-holiday intention was to buy some in Hong Kong) so had to stay between the beds. Can't imagine how tiny a "standard" room is!

Everything was fine. Room was ready when we arrived a bit late. Room was clean. Check in and check out was effortless. TV was a bit difficult to use but we weren't into TV so it really didn't matter. The walk to the MTR could have been a bit shorter for our liking but it wasn't a difficult walk.

We wanted to break our trip from London to Auckland. Unfortunately we did so on the tail end of Typhoon Nesat. After a bumpy landing we discovered most of HK was shut down. Check in was easy and the room, whilst small, was perfectly functional and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom provided all the necessary toiletries. I particularly liked the "built in" shower. The complimentary apples was a nice touch. The gym was excellent but we were unable to visit the roof top pool due to being closed because of the typhoon. The hotel is situated in downtown Kowloon and an easy walk to the the all the bustling markets: Temple Street Night Market, Jade Market, Ladies Market with the Flower, Fish and Bird Markets just a little further. I certainly would have liked to have stayed longer and would recommend the Eaton Smart Hong Kong Hotel.

The location is super, convenient to get around with the MTR station right the street behind and plenty of eating and shopping places surrounding. The room is small but clean. All of us will certainly want to stay in Eaton Smart during our future visits to Hong Kong.

Hotel standard room with comfortable room size. Bathroom is clean with a standard size bathtub although the bathroom door is hardly to close. No breakfast provided but still can get cheap and delicious food next to hotel at Restaurant Chui Wah (price range of HKD35-HKD70 depending your order). Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Swimming pool is outdoor and clean but it relatively small. At first thought that the hotel price is costly, but it worth of staying and deem for 4 stars hotel after stayed 3 nights over there.

Check in was prompt and all hotel staff very polite. The room was tastefully decorated. The western meals we had in one of their restaurants could have been better. The hotel is in an excellent location and offers a great gym and pool. Checkout over a busy weekend was efficient.

Overall, Eaton Hotel room was above expectation and it only takes us 5 minutes to walk to the nearest MTR station.

Buffet breakfast is wonderful

Room is clean and neat. However, it is really small. This is especially if you are travelling with a kid which tends to need more space. It is about 7-8mins walk to Jordan MTR, so it is really quite convenient.

is the nice and convenience location to stay...near MTR station, walking Distance to lady street and temple street. the best thing is surounding with nice hawker food...

Best location and very nice but .... EXPENSIVE !!!!

Eaton hotel is a really good hotel. Accessible to many places, a short walk to jordon mrt. What's more important is the cleaniness of the hotel! There's really nothing negative about.

Well positioned to access either of 2 MRT stations. Staff all excellent and only minor downside was that our room was in need of a makeover but recommended
