Right in the middle of the red light district along a very busy main road. Only a few places within walking distance. No onsite facilities after breakfast closed.

Not bad hotel. Its situated about 3km from the centre of Modena. It takes about 45 minutes to walk in to town. The hotel itself was very quiet. The staff are helpful and speak English, But none look over-happy with their jobs. After requeasting a non-smoking room in my booking, I was given the key to the most disguting smelling room I have ever had the misfortune of entering.. After a quick consult I was upgraded to a non-smoking superior room. Which was most acceptable.. If you book. ALWAYS insist on a non- smoking room. Overall... 6/10.
