Hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price. Location was a bit out of the city area although transportation was close by and convenient.
Great Hotel
The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful!! I arrived at the hotel with my friend at 9:00 pm and we had hoped to make it to a restaurant we had read about and see a Fado show. The gentleman at the front desk called and made a last minute reservation for us. When we arrived at the restaurant we were escorted to the best seat in the house and were truly able to enjoy the show. Throughout our stay, reception was kind enough make suggestions as to where we should eat and in recommending their favorite shops and sights. The location of the Hotel could not be ANY better, and it is a fun and funky sort of place. Also, the view from the breakfast room is Fabulous!!! I would definitely stay here again.
Ideal Location in Lisbon for all attractions. Very helpful staff . Clean rooms and excellent breakfast.
when we arrived at the hotel,we did not like the cleanlinees of the room we were given, and hotelmanagement immediately upgraded us with a better room at equal price. perfect attitude! breakfast could be improved with more quality
Poor breakfast. Helpfull reception. Quite central. Noisy - room overlooking main road.
The hotel was fine - bit of a cramped room, clean but unremarkable - quite a good location well serviced by public transport. The front desk staff were not very helpful- they seemed to think that this was a much grander hotel than it is in reality. It is a bit faded and average - not a grand hotel.
Overall reasnoble accommodation. Room ok, but had to ask for the basin in the bathroom to be fixed as it would not drain. Breakfast was excellent!!!!
We arrived by Taxi and the doorman greeted us and assisted us with our luggage, check in was easy the staff especially the doorman very helpful, especially when we required a taxi for later, room nice and very clean beds very comfortable. Breakfast in the 10th floor resturant was excellent so we would recommend this hotel to everybody, we will return again.
Really nice hotel, friendly staff, but they didn't tell us that we had to pay the parking before we park the car and it was very expensive
Room a bit tight - but OK for one night
The staff is helpful and nice. The location is within walking distance of the metro. It is not in the old part of town, but easy to get there. The rooms are very small with a tiny closet. The hot water has to be run for a long time if you get up early, and it won't work if you have to get up really early for a plane or something. The only ice is in the bar, so you have to remember to get ice when it is open. There are small refrigerators (min-bars), but you put your ice in there.
The hotel is relatively old and run down. Rooms are small and so are the elevators. Avoid the restaurant for dinner, over-priced and much better food elsewhere in Lisbon. Otherwise OK, close to the sights of the city.
Light and power point on writing table was not working and shower tap was leaking
Their internet was too expensive. Ten Euros for 30 minutes was exhorbitant. Internet cafes only charged one euro for thirty minutes.
Located one block from the famed Marques de Pombal. Easy to walk around and explore all that Lisbon has to offer.
Needs better bathrooms. Nice service.
on the whole the experience was good
It is unfortunately surrounded by road works at the present time, but even so it is on a very busy road leading to the city centre.
The room was a bit on the small side as was the bathroom. The air conditioning struggled to cope with the heat. The breakfast was very good although the dining room was very hot. The 2 lifts are very small and claustrophobic. We stayed only one night and that was all we would recommend.
