"Originally tried to put us in a tiny room that overlooked the fire escape that I would have gone mad in for 3 days with a tiny window to open only at the top. Luckily they had a spare room available on another floor and changed our room so the stay was good after this. " - Anonymous
"Not as bad as many recent reports written on Trip Advisor - no bed bugs for our visit, and service was fine!!. Room very small, halls narrow, room furniture and furnishings delapidated. Great position close to Paddington Station. " - Ray Meagher
