The building is situated within a minute walking of the beautiful Passeig de Gracia lined with pavements cafes, tapas bars and the most luxury shops of Barcelona. Many of the Gaudi´s most renowned creations (Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, etc...) are located in the surrondings. The building is form 1900 and has been totally refurnished in 2003. Now it is a modern building in which all aparments are heated and air conditionated.

Getting there:From the airport by taxi. If you take the train or train or the aerobus they will stop at Plaza de Catalunya. Once there walk north over Paseo de Gracia and at C/ Diputació take a rigth. At the second block you will find our apartments. From Plaza Tetuan (where the buses form Girona airport stop) is just five minutes walking.
Check-in Procedure:Since we do not have 24 hrs Reception, at your arrival day in Barcelona (as soon as you arrive at Barcelona or Girona airport) you have to call 0034-628 244 374 in order to arrange your check-in time at the apartment. Check in starts at 14:00 hours. In case of late check in (after 20:00 hours) there is an extra of 20 Euros to pay to the concierge.

A late check was no problem and the location is ideal for discovering everything.

This apartment is elegantly and stylish furnished and has 1 double bedroom with wardrobes for storage and a lounge/dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a standing balcony from the lounge onto the street where you can enjoy the magic street and shinning sun. The kitchen is totally equipped with full oven, gas hob, and microwave. We provide towels, linen. A separate laundry room with washing machine is provided as well. THe bathroon is modern with a bath and a shower.

It has two bedrooms, the biggest bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds. For extra persons it has a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with full oven, gas hob and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, also housing the washing machine. The apartment has TV, DVD-player, kettle. We also provide towels and linen.
Up to 8 people. Rate is up to 6 people. If you are 7 or 8 please tick "extra person" once or twice This is our biggest and most stylish apartment. It has a extremely spacious living room. The biggest of three good sized bedrooms has a double queen sized bed and a private bathroom! The two other bedrooms both have two single beds and have access to a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath and shower and are provided with towels. The modern kitchen is well equipped with full oven, gas hob and dishwasher. There is separated laundry room with space for some extra storage. The apartment has a huge terrace of 70 m2, very rare in Barcelona! Except the towels we also provide linen. And if you have any time left you can watch a movie with the DVD-player.
You rent a small serviced appartment, at first there were some confusion but one of their staff was very friendly and did a great effort to sort things out until we were settled into our appartment. The location is as downtown as possible and very nice.
Great apartments in a nice area of town. There were only two of us and (unnecessarily) 2 bedrooms and the beds were not the best (small singles) despite the fact that we booked a double room. Other than this, really nice facilities and a short walk to all the sights. It's great fun to have your own apartment rather than a touristy hotel.
Excellent location (just of Pg de Gracia) and beautiful appartment! When booking we weren't sure what to expect but it was lovely, roomy and clean! The spanish guy that gave us the key was actually on time (which is a nice surprise in Spain) and showed us around well. An absolute recommendation for your Barca stay!
