"We choose the hotel because of high rate of other customers. Room and location are good. BUT the staff! During check-in the receptionist was speeking with friends in the phone without interrupting the call. The breakfast we had pre-paid was served in the bar and there were not bread enough and the staff were very impolite. At the time for check-out they tried to get paid also for the prepaid part of the room-rate and took a very long time to correct the bill." - Anonymous
