"we had a water cottage and it was beautiful and large and modern compared to miniloc. the dining area is overlooks the pool and view of bay. since there was no tv in our room, we took advantage of their game room. they had one night with several native dances as entertainment which was very nicely done. surroundings are well designed with lots of trees and birds. it's more upscale than miniloc and it's a great place if you just want to relax. staff was helpful and our room rate from ratestogo.com was excellent. arrangements for flights from manila to elnido was communicated to us by email and had no problems at check-in. Access to El Nido is via chartered flights from Island Transvoyager Inc., with its own private hangar located 10-minutes away from the Domestic Airport. Daily departures only from Manila at 0730H and 1500H, with return flights at 0930H and 1700H. Only 19-seats per flight. MUST HAVE CONFIRMED MANILA-EL NIDO-MANILA FLIGHTS. Email rtgflights@islandtransvoyager.com for bookings. Flight time is 1-hour 10-minutes. From El Nido Airport join the regular airport boat shuttle to Lagen Island Resort.
