"La Carlota is a very pretty hotel set across from a bullring. The room was modest although the bathroom was very spacious. Orange trees in front attract so many birds in the morning that the hotel staff advised us not to park there. No English in the restaurant and a waiter who delivered an apple to me on a plate when I asked for postre de manzana! The town of La Carlota is too far to walk to, but is very cute with long boulevard and an internet cafe." - Mary Lennon
