"We needed a place close to Lurnea NSW. We would have preferred a self contained bigger unit but could not find one. El Toro was close. It was very disappointing. The pool was locked and unkept. I had to ask for the correct number of towels every day. There wasn't a TV/movie user guide provided nor a book advising checkout, facilities. The breakfast room was locked early, bread was mouldy. Our friends checked out as soon as they saw their room!" - Anonymous
