"The main advantages of this hotel are excellent location and cleanliness and the nice interior of the rooms. Unfortunately this hotel has also disadvantages, the main one is the low quality of the service. I booked this hotel for 7 days and out of these 7 days on one day the staff forgot to clean my room. When I complained, the staff person tried to persuade me that I had hanged up the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Additionally I requested laundry of some of my clothes and the clothes were returned after 2 days neither clean nor pressed. In summary, this hotel is not worth paying $66 for a night, taking into account all of the above." - Rafal Zukowski

From Noibai Int'l Airport, take an Airport Taxi (operated by Vietnam Airlines) to our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Rate: VND160,000 (roughly USD10). Journey time: 50 minutes.

From Hanoi Railway Station or the Bus Station, take CP Taxi (calling number 8262626) or Hanoi Tourist Taxi (calling number 8535353). Rate: approximately VND35,000 (roughly USD2.2). Don't take the other taxis to avoid any scams. Journey time 15 minutes.

For your safety don't take the cyclo or motorbike taxi.
