Ideal location situated between 4 different metro stops (Europe, Liege, Rome & Place de Clichy - Also close to Gare St. Lazare. Hotel was lovely & clean, clean room & very comfortable bed. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast extra and a bit dear at €15 unless you're a big eater & can get your monies worth out of it. I expected the hotel to be a closer walking distance to the main city centre (given the vicinity of Opera) but having said that I cannot fault the hotel at all & would use it again
Free internet. My safe did not work (out of batteries) and it was 29 centigrades and the aircon was not on. Noicy street in the morning when you keep the window open. Location is close to the metro, but not a very convenient metroline. Tiny rooms even if I did have a premium room.

A very good hotel in a perfect location. The room was quite small, but perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, good communication. Would stay there again.
Very clean and quiet hotel. I recommend it.
I thought this hotel was very good value, well located, with helpful staff.
Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is totally renovated. The bad point was that the room was very small.
This hotel is a good choice for a brief stay in Paris. The bedrooms are small & wardrobe space is limited, but the beds themselves are extremely comfortable & the room was kept spotlessly clean. There was no minibar in the room, although there was a safe for valuables. The breakfast at €12 is good value and of good quality (apart from a lack of fresh fruit). Staff are friendly and helpful - particularly in the kitchen - and will try to meet any particular requests you might have. Regarding location, there are few interesting cafes, restaurants or shops nearby, but via the shortcut through the Havre Caumartin shopping mall, it's only a little over a 10 minute walk to the grands magasins on Boulevard Haussman & less than 5 minutes to either Liege / Europe metro stations. This hotel is great if you're looking for a comfortable base from which to be out and about in Paris, but look elsewhere if you like to relax a lot in your room or want to stay in a typical tourist area.
Excellent value for money hotel. Highly recommended
This hotel was located in a very nice and safe area, close to metro stations, shops and restaurants. The staff were nice, and the room and bathroom were clean. Would like to go back.
2 metro stations nearby. A range of restaurants and bars nearby.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Good location in a quiet street just off Opera.
This Parisian Hotel was a GREAT suprise. I have stayed in Paris many times and this has been the best 3star hotel. Although the rooms are small like any room in Paris, they are spotless clean and with all necessary amenities. I was in room 505 and I am not sure if all of the hotel rooms are the same. We never tried breakfast as it was not included and would rather have it in a brasserie for less. The metro station was only 5 min walking, the staff very helpfull and the price unbeatable. So overall a great stay, with a geat price. I hope they keep it up this way.
Excellent value for money. Convenient location, close to a number of transport links and walking distance (20mins or so) to Moulin Rouge, Montmartre/Sacre Couer and La Fayette.
our 2nd visit, new hotel therefor very very clean, tiny rooms, breakfast not included, close to metro station,10min walking distance to Blv Haussemann, where many shops and department store are therefor perfect for us, will stay there again
newly refurbished hotel, rooms,as usuall for paris, very samall. we had a deluxe double on the top floor which was a n attic room breakfast was ok. would stay there again if price doesnot go up
Excellent budget hotel, the nicest I've stayed at in Paris (in 15 trips so far). Small rooms which is typical of Parisian hotels, but newly renovated and fitted out. Best water pressure I've had in Paris also! Located close to two metro stops on two metro lines. Saturday food market at the end of the street.
We stayed Oct 22-24 06 new hotel queen sized bed ac works quiet room. long walk to downtown i would return to this hotel again
Lovely spotless hotel located close to St Legarre station. Fantastic italian restuarant 150 yards up the street. Hotel modern, newly decorated, room size ..enought, LCD tv. Will use again.
