"I understand from the front desk that this Hotel is currently being upgraded. Prior to this knowledge, I was very unsatisfied with the 2 bedroom unit I was first allocated. The lounge was torn and quite frankly very soiled. I immediately felt I could not stay in this unit and asked the very busy front desk if they could possibly change me to another unit as I was staying for 8 nights. The gentleman got back to me quickly and changed the unit to my satisfaction. Apart from the initial room disatisfaction, I found the staff very friendly, helpful and nothing was a bother for them. The second unit was delightful and I would stay again when I am in Adelaide - and know which units I would ask for!! A very convenient location was an added bonus." - Rhonda Stent
