The hotel is vera modern, the location is the best!!!!

Nice hotel, in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff too. However, an accumulation of minor incidents (like one day being forgotten on the cleaning list, being wrongly charged for breakfast and drinks) and unfinished details (like a leaking shower) made us wonder if this hotel deserves a five star rating. Nevertheless we will be staying there again in September, so they will get a second chance to prove their five star worthiness.

Great location,atmosphere,bar during day and night. Had room 307 which had safe with all mod cons ie air con etc. Bed was large enough for three adults. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great rate with [your website] which included breakfast which was ok.

Very modern hotel with excellent facilities - especially the roof terrace and pool. Great location beside the cathedral. Easy to find on foot but good luck in the car - road system in the area very confusing! Restaurant quite pricey (as you'd probably expect) and it was pretty empty. Much more atmosphere in cheaper tapas bars nearby.
