"The room was very clean, great location... Employees need to read the signs when they say "DO NOT DISTURB" It took 2 days for me to get pots and pans...I ended up buying one. They need to improve on their customer service. " - Anonymous
"Only on key given for the room when there are two people staying in it is very inconvenient. Also a dishwasher and kitchen in a suite means you can cook your own meals. Hardly any dishes. No pans and no dishsoap for the dishwasher. Everytime I have stayed in a suite with a kitchen they have provided more plates, spoons, etc. and of course soap to do the dishes.
The room assignments should be given when you book your room like most hotels do. We had 5 rooms reserved for a party and they could not have put us any further away from each other. Most hotels will assign your room number and if you do not show up before 8 they will give it to someone else.
