Emerald Suites Las Vegas Boulevard

all was good as far as hotel. i had my car scratched in parking lot witch sucked but i don't see how they could prevent that type of thing

the only thing i would change is the hotel pool.. too small...:) :)

THE ROOMS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION, WITH SMALL KITCHEN IF YOU WANTED TO COOK,ALL THE EATING UTENSILS AND DISHES, AND OVERALL OUR STAY WAS NICE. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE,THOUGH OUR RESERVATION WAS NOT CORRECT ,IT WAS STRAIGHTENED OUT PRETTY QUICK. BEING LOCATED 5-6 MILES AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN THERE COULD HAVE BEEN LONGER HOURS FOR THE SHUTTLE,AND MORE THAN 1 STOP OR DROP OFF POINT. LAST YEAR WE HAD A SHUTTLE THAT RAN UNTIL 11PM OR LATER. I PLAN TO GO TO VEGAS IN 2013, AND HOPE MY EXPERIENCE IS EVEN BETTER NEXT TIME

Pool was small and hot tub was far from hot or even luke warm. Fitness center was great. Loved having the kitchenette. Saved us a ton of time and money on food. Overall, a good experience. Would definately stay again.

The room was hot when we got there as the A/C had not been running and it was warm outside. The common area of the suite cooled off nicely, but it was difficult to get the bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortably.

The staff spent much time standing outfront smoking. One of them recieved a personal call while i was standing at th front desk and was using very foul language while on the phone. I also do not understand the reason for the 25.00 a day pet fee. I did not have them come in and clean my room everyday. I was there for 3 nights. i can understand that charge being made if they are cleaning up after a pet everyday, for me it was a waste.

the rooms are pretty neat for its cheap price, no doubt. I like the fact that the room came with a kitchen and 1 bedroom except that we were assigned at the 3rd floor and there wasn't even an elevator to lift us up there considering the fact that we booked for more than a day. We had heavier luggages. The receptionist did not even educate us what to expect. Worst of all, our time is supposed to be on schedule since day 1. We expected that the room is all ready for occupancy. But kitchen has no pots & pans nor utensils that we can readily use. No diswashing soap either. I called receptionist many times, I was put on hold for almost 30 mins until I decided to hang up and called back to inform him of our problems. He told us someone is comingy to bring all that we lack in the room but an hour passed and no one came. I missed my 8:00pm meeting becaused I still have to feed my child!!! Very poor service, I say! I won't be recommending this to my friends.

Great hotel to stay if your in a pinch and don't want to pay a huge amount of money for a stay at one of The Strip hotels.

The room was very clean, great location... Employees need to read the signs when they say "DO NOT DISTURB" It took 2 days for me to get pots and pans...I ended up buying one. They need to improve on their customer service.

noise due to air conditionner but it is the same everywhere : the climatizers are not from the latest generation and it was too hot to permit to stop the climatizer...

I like this hotel I always try to stay at this hotel

The location is quite a way from the main action and as such you can get bus loads of kids and groups using the hotel

If you have a rental car this is a fabulous inexpensive facility. Although slightly off-the-beaten-path, you have access to the I-15 freeway, and can be anywhere in Las Vegas in minutes. I attended a trade show at the convention center and it was 5 minutes away. The rooms are clean, and the employees are helpful and eager to please. Unfortunately, I had a broken air conditioner and had to change rooms. Another problem with a remote control for the TV that needed to be replaced. I will stay here again.

It was like moving into an apartment complex for a week- not really a vaction destination, but since I was on business, it all worked out.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The room was spacious. The complementary shuttles to the strip and airport were useful.

The Emerald Suites is very conveniently located if you have a car. The furnishings are old and dowdy, but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable.

A few miles away from 'The Strip', but otherwise a good place to stay the odd night.

The staff was very nice. My only complaint is I called the desk to ask if they had toothpaste (I forgot mine) and the put me on hold and never came back. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Emerald is a very nice Hotel,very clean,the hotel is in a very nice location,there is lots of close places to eat
