Emperor Hotel Macau

Room not ready for check in at around 3 pm on 22 Dec 2011. According to the official map published by Macau Government Tourist Office, the hotel is three star and not four star as stated in this website. The hotel is also undergoing renovation. Do expect to wake up in noises from dilling, hacking etc in the morning.

Very nice hotel. You will not have any problems getting taxi in this hotel. It is located in downtown Macau.

Stayed in the family room for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom is pretty old. No major complaints. The lcoation of hotel is great and easy to access major attractions and close to local restaurants.

The overall experience is fair. Strongly recommend for short stay.

Spacious room with big, soft and comfy beds. Very reasonable pricing for the hotel. Easily get to Tai Sam Ba. Free shuttle bus to and from jetty. Very good stay. Must stay again in the future! Welldone.

Location is 10/10 if you come to Macau for the casinos. Right across the strip from StarWorld and Wynn, with a very visible "Emperor Sauna" sign. Shuttle bus to the ferry terminal from right outside the door. Breakfast is quite standard, buffet with mostly bread/cereal. They have toaster/grill, but no warm food. This was on the 20th floor, don't know if there were different options elsewhere. We stayed on the 18th floor ("executive"?), it was non-smoking and it seemed like most people respected that. Only the elevators smelled. Big, quiet room and bed with three pillows each. Quite big bathroom, very good toiletries. The service was good and they understood English. -Cable provided for Internet use -View was right into the next block, but we could see the weather and the Wynn entrance -Some stains on the carpet that you will get when the whole floor is carpeted, didn't bother us at all

good enough but carpet is dirty .food hotel bad .and we are requesting for non smoking room they didn't give us one.

Do not expect any value-added service from this hotel. Nonetheless, an economical, clean and comfortable hotel to stay especially for budget travellers who do not mind the entertainment centre and sauna pub located 2nd and 3rd level of the hotel. Romantic room style ideal for couple.

Not convenience for the fixed shower head. However, good design of motion sensor while approaching to the toilet in room.

I would recommend friends to this hotel because the counter staff are very helpful and patients. They knew their job well. The housekeeping is very efficient, take my calls and within a very short time they answer my needs..This is one of the first hotel I experienced for immediate service by the housekeeping. Keep up your good work and thanks for making my stay a memorable one.

Good location and early bird booking save alot money,internet connection not stabil,carpet dirty, take long time to wait for shutle bus.

The Hotel was suitable for a few nights stay, nothing to fancy but reasonably priced. It was disapointing that the Executive Lounge did not serve evening refreshments as is usual in this part of the world.

Me and my friends were amazed because the hotel rooms were spacious, clean and the facilities are good. the hotel staff were also very accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

Good location and good pricing for executive floor with continental breakfast. The hotel shuttle bus to Macau ferry comes every half an hour starting from 09.00hrs. There is no shuttle bus stands by like other hotels. You have to wait in front of the hotel and wait for them to come to pick you up.

Location is ideal, Room is spacious and clean. Staff is not friendly when asking for directions.
