"We had asked for a non-smoking room but instead got a smoking room. As soon as we entered the room, it stenched of smoke. I called the front desk and asked them to do something about it and they lady at the front desk said she will get the air filter changed but no one came up to do anything. I liked the location though the experience of the room itself was horrible." - Rekha Shettar
"Not having a business centre I could use was a problem. I was not travelling with a laptop. The hotel staff eventually loaned ma a laptop but this was not that convenient as I had to use it in the foyer and I felt limited.
My room was tired - the wall paper had seen better days. The curtains looked grey instead of cream or white
The lighting was also very poor, particularly had I wanted to work at the desk in my room. Bedside lighting also insufficient had I wanted to read in bed.
Room did not look that clean or vacuumed very well.

"Hotel great location in middle of night life bars and restaurants. Near to Wan Chai MTR. Free Airport Expess shuttle will deliver and and collect you from hotel. Would stay there again." - John Hunt
"Small rooms but absolutely fine for a short trip. Clean hotel. Breakfast expensive $160HK if you don't book B&B. Excellent location and would stay again. Internet costs extra and mini bar expensive" - Anonymous
