"I would have expected free internet access or at least an internet terminal somewhere. Also no printer which would be nice considering this is mainly for the business traveler. Room was small, but very nice. I like the magic glass. The rainfall shower was nice too. The view was ok, but the location is very convenient and close to the Metro. "My stay was saved by the front office manager George....who went out of his way to resolve problems. Be warned - the club rate does not mean club facilities or a lounge, just an equally small room on a higher floor. The lifts never all work at once, and the entertainment system is too complex for its own good. Consequently it also breaks. Food at breakfast ranged from fair to dire - the better items came from cans or the freezer. When it is cheap online it represents adequate value at an accessible location- but it tries too hard to be hip instead of convenient." - Ian Douglas
