Excellent location, all public transport at door step, full range of cafes and restaurants within 5 minute walk in all directions, fantastic shopping all within 5 minute walk. I will stay here every time

Hotel is clean. Facilities all very new. Rooms are well furnished. Would definitely be back there again.

I stayed at The Empire Hotel Kowloon twice during a holiday. On the first occasion the room felt very pokey, with two single beds when I had asked for a double bed. The room smelt mouldy and the water did not drain away when I was showering. After that experience I was not looking forward to returning to the hotel at the end of my holiday. However, when I returned I checked in early in the day and received a room with a double bed as requested: this room though probably no bigger did not feel as cramped. The room felt cleaner and there were no problems with the plumbing, so I enjoyed staying at the hotel then. It was very handy to be on the route for the free shuttle bus to the Airport Express, and convienent to Nathan Road. Based on the first experience I would not stay at the hotel again, on the second stay I would.

Good location. Guests could go to a lot of attractive places such as star ferry harbour and temple street.They are all with walking distance from the hotel

We booked two rooms and requested for a connecting room. This was not available. Satisfied with double room but the same could not be said for the twin bed room. Because of the design of the shower cubicle, the bathroom floor was all wet after a shower.

Room is small but okay, it can be cleaner. Free shuttle from Kowloon airport express. A bit of walk to TST MTR but not far.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is fairly close to Nathan Rd. and a MTR station,The Airport Express Shuttle bus stops outside and the facilities and service are fine. The rooms have a large screen TV but the lighting is very dull. It is difficult to read in the main room.

Check-in was a bit inefficient. I checked in at 11. The room was not done so I was told to come back at 2 PM. By then the lobby was crowded with people checking in so it took some time just to get the key to the room. The pool has no dressing room or shower connected to it so you are expected to change and shower in your room and then go down to the pool. It can feel a bit awkward standing in the elevator in a swimming suit. Another minor complaint is that they can not offer any help to print a document. But overall this hotel quite OK for the price.

Very small rooms but they mostly are in HK. Dont worry about the size, you'll be out and about all day anyway, and when you come home the room is clean and comfortable and quite modern. I didnt eat at the hotel. I would definately stay here again, especially considering the cheaper price. only 7 min walk to the nearest train station.

Fantastic hotel close to so many things and would love to stay there again, price is great and staff very welcoming.

The room we got is too small for two people. The bed configuration was as requested - 2 single beds- but were placed side by side (with no gap). So it seemed like we were also sharing one double bed. Everything else is good. I would book here again but would ask for a room that is really big enough for separated single beds.

It was close to many shopping areas and also the MTR, will stay at this hotel again. Only thing they didn't have was wi-fi.

Good location. However room is very very small. Hardly any space to walk after placing the luggages on the floor.

Everything is good except for our toilet. The water drainage at the shower area in our toilet are not functioning properly. The water seem to take a long time to drain off.

Good hotel and location. Unfortunately, the pool was not quite the outdoor pool I had in mind, as it was completely encolsed in the middle of the hotel and you could only see the sky if you were to lie on your back looking straight up past the hotel levels. The fitness room was being refurbished so was not available.
