Room was clean and nice. Decent size flatscreen TV although no hi-def signal. Nice view, great location.
I stayed on 31th floor, so i could see the magnificent view. In addition to this, the amenities made me comfortable. The room keeps clean.
Standard Room with amenities.
Robson is a good location to find good food. not too far from bars and clubs either
The front desk was extremely helpful. They helped advising us on how to usr the local transportion system.
I was surprised to find a hotel that cheap in downtown Vancouver, so I booked it. The front desk employee was really nice. I went up to my room on the 37th floor, and I could smell bleach smell on my way up there. The room had outdated furniture (although the TV was a new flat screen). The mattress was uncomfortable, and I had a shortage of pillows the whole time. The view from the balcony was amazing (you could view downtown and the harbor area). I walked everywhere I went from Stanly Park to Gastown to Yale town
Check-in was not as seamless as expected. No desk for group check-ins. Location quite central and waterfront areas easily accessible. Good public transport at front door. Pricing was a bit high for what was delivered.
Central to shopping district. Staff very helpful.
The location was excellent, close to eateries, shopping mall and waterfront. We wish we could have got the hotel package that included breakfast in the revolving restaurant as well as dinner as otherwise it is not worth eating there. The views were stunning from the high floors. However the bed is awful, after staying at other good hotels you can really feel the difference. The balcony was a little neglected and looked it. Service was indifferent. There was no answer when I rang the front desk before 10 pm and housekeeping was also non-existent. Overall, the hotel is only worth it if you get an excellent rate.
very happy with this hotel,it has a laundry which is accessible for guests use-approx $2-3 cad per load, which was great as we had been travelling and could catch up.hop on hop off bus at door, internet cafe opposite, walking distance to waterside shops, very handy to everything.2aussie travellers blue mtns ,sydney, aus
Would be better further if fridge is available.
Location is everything and this hotel is close to Stanley park and the Marina which is beautiful
