"This is a nice and clean hotel with a very good breakfirst.20 minutes walk downtown.A few minutes from Zurich`s new huge shopping mall. Two minutes to river Sihl with nice countryside walks and biking routes. An autoroute runs on pillars in the back of the hotel but we were not disturbed as it has walls around it that keeps out sound.
The pricing through this website over a weekend was fair according to Zurich standards.Half the cost compared to prices for bussnismen on weekdays" - Ulf Assargard

The Hotel Engimatt – Your cityhotel in the greenery – ideally located in the heart of Zurich and still away from noise and traffic
Situated in the residential area of Enge we are also chosen by our clients because of different surroundings such as various parks, historical buildings and interesting sights. Nevertheless, the old town, the famous Bahnhofstrasse as well as the lake of Zurich are easily to reach within a few minutes either on foot or by public transportation.
From and to the airport there is a shuttle-service, running regularly from door to door. Should you arrive with your car, you may dispose from our own parking-house.
As soon as you have arrived, not only a very charming “Grüezi” is welcoming you at the frontdesk, but also a bright and friendly hotelroom, that makes you feel at home. All our rooms are equipped with bath or shower/WC, radio, TV with remote control, minibar, direct-dialling telephone, dataport and a private safety-box. From your balcony you will be able to enjoy the view into the greenery as well as to breath the fresh morning breeze. Do you wish to have a non-smoking room? Not a problem, please do not hesitate to contact your reception staff. – Additionally, the hotel has its own tennis-court (sand), and for a small fee our hotelguests can make use of this extra service. |

By public transportation: from main train station take tramway no. 13 to stop "Waffenplatz" where you will find the Hotel Engimatt just around the corner.
From the Airport: there is a shuttle service leaving the Airport every 30 min and taking ou directly to the Hoel Engimatt. - Costs are CHF 25.00 for one or CHF 30.00 for two.
By car: from Station Enge direction Albisguetli. After about 600 m turn left into Engimattstrasse where you will find the Hotel Engimatt. |
