We requested double bed room, the hotel receiptionist give us twin room. For their understanding, double room is twin bed, where as the single room is for double bed (1 queen size bed). For international standard of hotel room type, single bed room is for 1 person with 1 single bed (either 4 or 5 feet) , Double bed room is for 2 person with 1 double bed and twin bed room is for 2 person with 2 single bed. I hope the operation department can look into this matter, so that customer will not facing the same problem again.
