Enterprize Hotel Melbourne

"I found that the hotel was "Tired". It needed a good clean. The plaster was knocked about and there was smoking in the courtyard outside of the bedrooms. The rooms were basic and the cups were washed under the tap in the hand basin. On a good note the food in the restaurant was lovely and the reception staff were helpful. " - Anonymous

"Breakfast came with our stay and service was appalling. 1 Waiter on to service a room full of people, which left bain maries empty or the food remains cold. There was no choice at breakfast and any variation on what was served threw the staff for 6, they just didn't know what to do." - Jane Harvey

"We found the room to be quite dated with very limited shelving in the bathroom to locate items.There were no bedside drawers of any kind to place any items. The method used in the dining room for breakfast was very ad-hoc and confusing,not only for us ,but to many other guests also. I would suggest that instead of the waiters calling out eggs and bacon or omelette etc., that they call out room number or name to identify the orders.Otherwise we had no complaints and found all the staff very obliging and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at the Enterprize again." - Rob WHITE
