"we were extremely disappointed with our unit (1401) we have a disabled daughter and this was our weekend away without her. the air conditioner was broken, it was very hot and there was only a fan above the bed. the bathroom was awful, tiles coming off the walls broken racks and the bath was old and cracked. it usually took at least 2 flushes to work the toilet. also the shower curtain was in need of a wash (mould) and one of the taps in the bath felt like it was falling off all the time. the cupboards under the kitchen sink could not be opened due to warping. we had to ask for toilet paper even though it was supposed to be in the room. all round it was very disappointing and we will never use it again. it looked fine from the outside, looks were very deceiving." - colin bray
