The rather expensive breakfast was good but did not belong to the room price.
Our stay was brief but the hotel was welcoming and the staff very helpful; they sorted out a problem with a cash dispenser for us, had an automatic check-in machine in the lobby which saved us airport time. The buffet breakfast was excellent. An all-round good experience.

I think is a very good choice for the price and location. If I'll be in Bilbao again definitely I choose again Ercilla Hotel.
The staff at the front desk were courteous and professional and freely spoke English if needed. We asked for help finding a guide for a custom tour of neaby cave paintings and couldn't have been happier with the taxi driver who arranged for us. Facilities at the hotel were good. Would stay again if in Bilbao.

Very friendly and well appointed. Coffee was excellent! Parking a bit expensive and the room overlooked a dismal rear courtyard. You get what you pay for!
Nicely appointed room. Very well located, near excellent shopping, restaurants and transportation. Exceptionally helpful staff. Good breakfast. Free interent access from the room by dialing a local number provided by the hotel.

Our group of 4 found this an excellent hotel, ideally located for sightseeing Bilbao. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room we had above average with regard to size and facilities, particularly the bathroom. It would be difficult to find a fault, especially at the very keen price for our room with a really comprehensive buffet breakfast. Michael Leaver.
