"Would have liked more assistance in terms of tours and things around the area and breakfast left a bit to be desired. room was nice but layout a bit unconventional making it difficult to move our bag in and out of the room" - Anonymous

"The physical facilities in the hotel is tip top for any travellers, the staffs are generally helpful but the consistency tends to lapse between departments.
However, as for business travellers, this is a nightmare hotel as the wireless connection is virtually non existent and you would have to pay 10 euro everyday to get a password that gets you now where on line. No cable points are offered nor the staffs are able to help as they know this is an 'old' problem. I have to stay up in the lobby till 3 am at night just to get my mails sent out. I checked out and settled for a less comfortable hotel but at least i need not move my work to the lobby." - Anonymous

Take Kennedy Street and drive by the seashore, cross Galata Bridge. Follow Taksim signs, arriving to Dolmabahe Palace and Dolmabahe Stadium turn left from the second traffic light. Keep straight then turn left again until the Taksim entrance, then take the first street to the right. Go straight again, from the second traffic lights across the street. You will arrive to the entrance of Sehit Muhtar Street.
