This is a great apartment hotel on the great Grand Via of Madrid. The hotel has great insulation from exterior and interior noise. The rooms are spacious. The tv has some English language channels. Internet access is not included in the price but it is available for a charge. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Rooms have safe. The refrigerator and two burner kitchen are adequate for light meals.
Very central - Just 3-5 mins to Peurta del sol at the beginning of the gran via near many bars and restaurants

We were very happy with the pirce-considering the Champions League Final was on and the hotel being in a central location. Clean rooms, spacious and staff very helpful, kept our luggage until the following day after the match and after checking out. No complaints

only the elevator and the steps to get your lugages to reach yo lobby a little hard otherwise the hotel execellent location
Twin beds are small but Espahotel is well located. Breakfast is very basic so maybe it is better to have breakfast outside of the hotel for the local ambiance.

The hotel is prety good, big room and very clean. Just that the cleaning lady doesn't want to clean the room after 2pm, when we are at Madrid we party and we weak up late!
Our apartment was on the top floor, under the eaves. The room was huge, which was a big plus, but there were no windows, only skylights. The carpet was stained and unpleasant, but the beds and kitchen area and bathrooms were fine. Good location on the Gran Via, a few steps from Plaza Espana.

The hotel as a whole is very good.
Staff very helpfull. Breakfast rather poor (just one toast and a croissant). Prices for food, both room service and restaurant, very acceptable. Excellently located on Gran Via, close to metro and old town centre.
