"The 'Cleanliness' rating is low because of all the squished bugs on the walls and the fact that I couldn't store my suitcase on top of the wardrobe because it was thick with dust. Apart from that the room was clean, towels were changed every day and the room was made up every day. Breakfast was nice enough but we didn't have dinner so can't comment on that aspect of the food. Staff were very pleasant and responded immediately to requests, even late at night. Location is good because its 5 mins walk from the centre of Desenzano so you don't get street noise. Its worth paying for a lake-side room as the view of Lake Garda is fantastic, a lovely sight to wake up to each morning. Pool is cool and clean. Stairs are for emergency exit only so if you don't like lifts don't stay here." - Anonymous

From Milan. highway A4 exit Desenzano , direction Desenzano Centro. Follow indication Sirmione - Verona, the hotel is situated on the left (lake-side) after three roundabouts, going towards the boulevard, near the second traffic lights.
From Venice or Bologna. highway A4 exit Sirmione. Follow indication Rivoltella - Desenzano. On the way direction Desenzano the hotel is situated on the right side ( lake side) after the 2nd traffic lights.
