All of our apartments are situated in the forefront of the resort and thus offer exclusive uninterupted views to both the pool and beach- promising all guests a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Although the apartments form part of the major resort, they are privately owned and hence why we can offer you well-priced stays and a value for money holiday! The apartments are fully furnished and include a fully contained kitchen, laundry and spa bath and all linen provided. The Mantra at Ettalong Beach was a great hotel, but it's well worth checking when booking with Hotel Club whether you are booking a room that is 'privately owned' OR owned by the Mantra chain. We found out once we got there that we had booked a 'privately owned' deluxe studio suite through Hotel Club therefore certain facilities and services were not available to us e.g. we had to pay to use the gym in the hotel, we were not allowed to use pool towels and IF there had been any issues with the room the onus was on the owner not the Mantra to fix them. We tried calling the owner over one issue on the Sunday after the Mantra gave us his number saying that they were not responsible and we are still waiting for a return phone call from the owner. Luckily overall it did not impact on our weekend away.

No basics in the room , such as tissues, pens etc so take everything you need. But once you do all that it is a great spot.
Beautiful resort! We enjoyed our stay very much and will return for sure. Everything is in walking distance to the resort. The staff were friendly, the room was well equiped and very clean as was the facilities.
Our unit only had 2 breakfast bowls, front desk said they had nothing to do with it as privately owned. Quiet full club facilities in same building, easy beach and nice pool complex. All you need in two bedder for a great holiday.
The unit we stayed was privately owned and unfortunately the was a bad smell in the bathroom from a mouldy shower curtain. Other than that we were very happy with everything.
We were quite happy with this resort. Fairly modern and nice and clean. Lovely view from our balcony. The room was smaller than I had expected.

Excellent position for a family holiday - walk out of the room into pool area or cross the road to the beach. Downstairs is the local club that has great buffet breakfasts and a bistro. Everything you could need!

Great Resort - has everything - situated on top of a licensed club, rooms have spectacular views, great Day Spa within the resort, walk to the local markets, beautiful foreshore for walking, clean waters for water sports. This was our second visit and we will be returning again.
