Once again the hotel boasts a spa and sauna that in the description on its page does not include that it is an extra cost on top of what you have already paid. There was no bar facility available only the mini bar in the room, I cannot fault the service and cleanliness as well as the breakfast nicely sited for all the sightseeing you need to do, 2 metro stations withing easy walking(200 mtrs max), I may stay there again, but have stayed in better ones in Prague and preferred them to this one, saying that I have stayed in some worse ones as well.
The Staff is professional and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room facilities very good and clean, bathroom fantastic!! A short walk to the Square and the station, a longer walk to the old town. Will definitely stay there again.
An excellent hotel with friendly staff who know about Prague and are good at giving directions/assistance. Breakfast could not be faulted. The best hotel we stayed in so far.
i think it is the best prague hotel, i have been stayed
Outstanding hotel for the price. It is right downtown, but not on the Old Town side which might be more desirable for tourists. It seems many things have been recently renovated and it is part of a group of hotels that appear to be pro-active in the Prague area.
Plus King Size beds, good and eazy to control warming / cooling system, modern TV, beautiful furniture, safety box, big shower room, hair driver, telephone, mini bar, carpeted floor, possible to use internet, kind personnel Minus No bidet shower, no shower curtain, breakfast serving at the hotel Sonata on the other side of the street (100 m), no bar, no restaurant in use. no hotel information in the room
The guy at the reception was very friendly....and offered the map of Prague, pointed out all the places of interests to us without us even asking about it.
Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff, clean room and acceptable breakfast buffet. Priced at approximately 1,600 Czech crowns per night for a double room, we would definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to beautiful Prague.
While the hotel is close to metro and Wenceslas Square, the streets around the hotel (corner building) are quite busy and therefore the rooms are traffic-noisy. Location is convenient if you are without a car, however, with a car... the hotel parking in the courtyard (no garage) is limited and suitable only for cars up (I guess) to 4.5 metres (mine of 4.75m had problems to turn and I am quite skilled in downtown manoeuvres...) and the entrance to it is VERY narrow. Next available parking is at hotel Novotel which is 5-7 minutes walk. Otherwise it´s very clean and breakfast has a nice selection of Czech hams, etc. However, smoking is allowed at reception and therefore it may happen that you wait there breathing the smoke - not very nice for a 4-star hotel. There are no classic radiators/heating bodies in the rooms, only air-co with function of blowing hot air... as the building has massive walls and high ceilings, you can imagine that this is insufficient.
No bar and wellness suite was locked all of the time! Very convenient hotel and good place to use as a base.
Can't fault this place! Cheap, central to all the "tourist" things in Prague and close to metro stations too. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was big and pretty impressive for such a cheap price. Great breakfast and good wifi access.
Lucie at reception could not have been more helpfull....she gave us great advice and made all our tour and dinner bookings for us...she was excellent.
Only one block distance from subway station & tram station. Very convenient.
