The Residence Les Maisons du Lac is made up of self-contained houses within one building. Comfortable and well maintained they are well integrated into the environment with wood-stone effects and their roofs made from regional tiles. All of the houses are equipped with a dishwasher (except studios), coffee pots and are divided into apartments that will accommodate 2-4 people. All studios are on higher floors. The swimming pool is open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting.

By road : Take the motorway A10 Niort Paris.
Distances : Paris – 370 km, Cholet – 40 km, Nantes – 115 km via the RN 149, Poitiers – 85 KM via the RN 149, Niort – 52 km via the D744; Marais Poitevin – 45 minutes by car, Puy du Fou – 40 minutes by car, the Vendée coast, La Rochelle and the chateaux of the Loire region can all be reached within approximately 1 hour.
By train: Niort, Poitiers and Nantes stations (TGV Poitiers – Paris : 1h45)
By plane: Nantes-Atlantiques International Airport. Airfields at Niort and Poitiers “Mauléon-Bocage” airfield in the Rorthais business park (behind the Heuliez Bus building) |

In case of late arrival (after 20h), please contact the residence.
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning. City Tax is included in the price.
