The residence is situated in a sought-after location on the edge of the Baule-St-André golf course, 18 holes over approximately 2.5ha, in front of a 4 star hotel-restaurant. The centre of La Baule is just 5km away and the beach 7km. The residence is 3km from the village and shops of St André des Eaux, and 17km from the extensive natural park La Grande Brière.
The residence has a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool (180m² - open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting and heated on april, may, june, september and october) with a terrace for sunbathing. There are 30 villas, each with terrace and garden, most at the edge of the golf course, and 31 apartments with either terrace, balcony or access to the garden.

On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning. A city tax is payable on arrival. |
