100 m from the beach, the Residence Le Mail Plage is open all year round, offering 65 apartments. They are all perfectly fitted out: a fully equipped kitchenette (mini oven with grill, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher), lounge (with sofa bed), telephone, satellite TV, tastefully decorated bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilets (except in studios) and an extra shower in the larger apartments.
Shared facilities : private swimming pool (pool is open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting), heated on april, may, june, september and october with sun terrace, laundry room with washer and tumble dryer, car park, bike storage, TV room.
STAYS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (unless otherwise stated). Sheets and Towels are not included in the prices. |

By road: Motorway A10 towards Bordeaux. Take the exit to La Rochelle and then drive towards the Ile de Ré. Once you have passed the Ile de Ré bridge (toll), head towards Ste Marie then Le Bois and La Couarde sur Mer.
By train: TGV Atlantique to La Rochelle station. Then take a bus transfer to La Couarde sur Mer (Bus stop : Marché) La Rochelle bus service
By plane: La Rochelle Airport then bus to La Couarde sur Mer.

In case of late arrival (after 20h), please contact the residence.
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning. A city tax is payable on arrival. |
