Staffs were very kind and looked up all information we asked for. it saved us from going to the tourist information in our busy schedule. The fact that you need to pay 5 euros for 24hrs wifi was a shock, and so i had to do without internet during my whole stay. Bathroom was very nice, clean and warm. I didnt expect so much. The location was not an ideal one, but a tram would take you to the door which very convenient. Except, it was far to walk from the station, after the tram had finished for the day.
not as convienient as we expected thou still reasonable walking distance from the tourist spots. we booked an upgraded triple room and turned out it wasn't so much upgraded and the 3rd bed is a three-fold sofa bed, the restaurant downstairs is a good choice for helsinki unless you want to break your wallet. The dishes are big.
It is a very cheap hostel in the center of helsinki. So there are just bed and desk in the room. It is a good chioce for backpackers.
Very valuable and quiet hostel, near by city.
Our room was available only at 2 p. m. yet we have informed the Eurohostel that we arrived at 9 a. m. So we had to wait ca. 5 hours till our room has been cleaned up after a sleepless night in a bus! The other service was ok, the room was clean and the location is good. There is a tram station in 1 min that will bring you in 10 min to the city centre. You can also walk to the centre. It takes ca. 20-30 min.
Eurohostel's located in a good place near many spots for tourists to visit and with a good price to dwell in. They keep the bathroom and shower clean and tidy:)
As a hostel, this is very good. The Room, kitchen, bathroom are all very clean. Location is also very good right next to a tram 4/4T stop and very near to the Vicking pier. The only down side is that the rooms are not well sound-proofed, but it should not be a problem if your neighbours observe the silent-hour policy.
Good location near to city & port. Friendly reception and good to stay.
The location is only a short tram trip (3 minutes) from central station or a 20 minute walk. It is better to be 3 minutes from the centre as it is peaceful. I stayed in an upgrade room, which is worth it, for minimal extra cost. Loved the recorded music of tweeìting birds in the bathrooms :-) VERY clean, VERY efficient, MIDDAY check out, fabulous.
it was rather cold in our room, as the windows did not close properly. and it makes a difference on helsinki's december.
it was nice stay. there were vending machine for coffee and snacks (i used) and a restaurant (didn't use). It was easy to get the hostel from helsinki rail staion. a bit far walking distance wish a suite case but good for sightseeing walk.
Lowest price for the best location. But your bathroom is down the hall... What do you expect from a hostel?
Very comfortable location for traveling by VikingLine ferry. Resinable price. Friendly staff.
Yes, it is just a hostel with a minimum services included. Nevetheless for such a low price it is really a magnificent place to stay at! I stayed here many times and surely come again.
Great location (near to sea, near to city center, near to tram station), clean, tidy, quiet.
We were satisfied in this hostel, it is near the city center and it is quite cheap .
It's a hostel. Don't expect anything more. The breakfast is good and the woman who serves it is brilliant. If you do stay here, pay the extra and get private facilities.
Great location, only 5 minutes tram-ride/ 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Very helpful staff. Internet connection cheap, but ever so slow. Great value for the money.
The room its ok bute need little make over, Painting or something.
One of the cheapiest hotel of the town but for some some extra-euros (+/- 20%) you can access to tradionnal hotel (and not hostel)...
