Location is perfect, Rooms are very very comfortable and modern plus very clean, Highly recommend!
Walls in the bath room was not very clean. A nice hotel for a visit to the city. Central location and service minded staff.
The Europa Hotel is Belfast's most prestigious address. Each guest room is exquisitely appointed and traditionally furnished. It is the first choice for visiting dignitaries, presidents and stars of stage and screen. Rooms with disabled facilities are on request basis and ae subject to availability.
Good, clean, professionally run hotel, near the local pubs and restaurants but quiet at night.
Very nice hotel very close to the bus terminal staff very efficent although i wouldnt say warm. good facilities and i would stay there again
The Europa has really got it figured out: supremely comfortable bed, fantasticly powerful hot shower, great breakfast. Well done!!
Very good location, taxi rank outside, very good breakfast, nice spacious rooms and excellent value for money. Enjoyed our stay there very much.
not quite 4 star treatment for 4 star pricing. very late check in time and no rooms available at 3.00pm on a saturday, toilets in restaurant inadequate and filthy, so dirty they had to be closed. Bar toilets same conditions. Cubicle so small a lady had to climb over the toilet bowl to get out the door. No air conditioning in any rooms. Breakfast must have been prepared a week previous, it was so chewy. Hotel very short staffed, but compliments to all staff on duty. Concierge had to park cars, look after left-luggage and customer queries, for a young man he was excellent at his job. Maybe they should have him as manager, as I didnt see one on the premises.
dirty linen, worn out towels, room was not cleaned properly, dirty spoons in room for coffee facilitites, no free internet facilities.
Recently renovated to an excelent standard. Highly recommended for every aspect of service, facilties and location. excellent value for $.
Lovley hotel, great service and ambience. The Piano Bar and resturaunt were a delight.
Good VFM, smart in appearance upgraded to superior room without even asking. Will definitely stay next time I'm in Belfast
Twin smoking room, no ash tray provided, only 1 bath towel between 2 people. Had to return to reception as key did not work. 9 minutes queing to get into breakfast room to then queue for Breakfast
Good value for money but the rooms are a bit small
excellent stqy at hotel, very disappointing could not stay a second night as was booked out
Hotel bar (very nice) but prices were a bit expensive - nice to relax in, though. Excellent breakfast, choice, quality (must have the poached eggs!). Location perfect for City visiting, right next to Bus Station with buses to Airport every 10-15 mins. The Crown pub opposite is a MUST SEE, currently being re-furbed but still open for business. Due for completion Sept. 07
Very convenient and comfortable hotel with elegant rooms. The staff were helpful. One suggestion: put your "do not disturb" sign on your door if you do not want to be awakened at 8am by someone (housekeeping???) knocking on every door.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Europa, however were very dissapointed with the cleaners as they walked into my room at 8.20am whilst I was still sleeping! An hour later whilst I was in the bath and then knocked again during the morning to find out when I was going to be checking out.
Room we had was a bit small.l
A little out of the centre but still only 5 minutes walk, staff very helpfull and know the local highlights. Whilst there try the Crown opposite!
Have stayed here before and will certrainly stay again.
