"A very nice hotel in a great location and very clean but I've stayed in far cheaper hotels with a much greater attention to detail than the Europa. Rapallo is fantastic and a great base for the Cinque Terre and Portofino but I would consider another hotel in Rapallo next time. Considering the service the Eurpoa was poor value for money.
