Eurostars Cristal Palace Hotel Barcelona

Really a very nice hotel and affordable compared to its 4star quality hotel. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable during our stay. Very well located. Definitely highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in great location. My only comment is that I did not feel that the staff in reception were particularly helpful - one example - I wanted to know how to get to the airport - take the bus or the metro was the reply. I would have been nice if they could have taken a map and shown me which metro station. It turns out that one has to take the RENFE and one can't go into the closest passeig de gracia station. They should have told me specifically. I was leaving before breakfast was served at 7am and mentioned this to the receptionist - it would have been nice for them to have organised a packed breakfast which was included in the price of the room not an extra. Have had better service elsewhere.

Good bed, modern, clean and comfortable room. Location just off the train station from airport and underground. Walking distance to museums and nice restaurants.

Some confusion at check-in trying to find our reservation. However, overall stay was very satisfactory. Great location. Would be happy to recommend.

this was our best experience untill now in Barcelona. Very close to Plaza Catalunya, fantastic breakfast ... just perfect!

Excellent location for sightseeing, excellent and well priced restaurants within a few minutes walking. Bar prices very good - a brandy and a Baileys about 5.5 Euros. Check your bill ours showed a breakfast that was not ours but it was removed instantly with no fuss. Will definitely stay again and reccoment to others.

Very good hotel with excellent location only a few minutes away from Plaza Catalyuna. The staff very helpful,friendly,service-minded.The breakfast buffet was more than fine.Close to the subway where you can go in all directions.We got a pretty small room at first with the windows to a shaft but we told the staff we wanted to change romms and they were very helpful,no truoble at all and they offered to carry our luggage.We then stayed in a clean, spacious,nice room overlooking the calm courtyard in the back of the hotel and we were very satisfied.Booked a celebration package and there was no trouble obtaining the cava that was included but we had to ask for the welcoming chocolates included in the package,but finally got them. In spite of this we liked the hotel.The water massage tubs are quite small though and not big enough to fit two people but really nice.The laundry service was very efficient and the beds were confortable.We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again!

room was small but very comfortable, I never stay in a hotel that does not have in-room internet access, and Eurostar Cristal Palace Hotel makes the grade on that count. Staff was very gracious and kind.

This price is very suitable for the quality of the hotel. Service and facilies were frinedly and made me very comfirtable. It made me feel booking again!

This hotel scores top marks in everything and I really can't fault it. We had never been to Barcelona before so we wanted a hotel within walking distance of everything and with english speaking staff who could advise us where to go and we got it tenfold. It is also more modern and luxurious than I first thought with marble floors and minimilist/modern decor. Our room was spacious and modern and the breakfast is unbelievably substantial. Overall, 10/10 for everything.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with very good access to a lot of good restaurants and the main shopping area. The metro is also located close by. You can walk in the hotel was good and the staff were very nice and not intrusive. It has a very pleasant ambience. I would have liked to have a little more in the room , for example ,an ironing table or trouser press, plus the facility to boil water if we wanted tho make tea etc.

Rooms very comfortable and kept clean. Breakfast good value with plenty of choice. Location of hotel excellent, just a couple of mins walk from Plaza Catalunya.
