It only takes 12 minutes from the hotel to get to the airport or the trade fair grounds when you take the new road from Alcobendas to Barajas.
Acces from the airport:take motorway M-40 nothbound then N-I Higway going north until exit for Alcobendas.
If you want to take public transport from airport take the subway line 10 or 1 to plaza castilla and then outside you have to take the green bus number 156 till station diversia and you stay near to the hotel.
