I just was there for 3 night and I can recomennd this hotel like a good one. Estuve solo por tres noches y si lo recomiendo como un buen hotel, es tranquilo con el Metro en la esquina y a 5 minutos del centro (en el metro)
Nice hotel, good breakfast but only booked it because I phoned before hand to confirm swimming pool & terrace was open. On arrival found it was closed for 4 days. Asked for hotel to pay for return transport to beach & sunbed hire but they declined. Said they would give me a discount off a future booking of 5 days or more made directly with them.

We enjoyed our stay at Eurostars Gran Valencia. Our only complaint is that we didn't have a longer stay! Great value for money and close to the metro.
Definitely need a car, although tram to city only a street or so away. Gym was great, clean and quiet. Would stay again.
We stayed at the Gran Valencia four times and it is just brilliant value for your money. The rooms are in an ultra-modern style and the whole the bathrooms are absolutely neat with the hydromassage bath.Use the Sauna and Gym at the Top Floor and enjoy the stunning view over the city while working out.
Excellent hotel - fitness area and pool on the top floor/roof which has nice views. Hotel is in new area so a bit isolated - but you can get great rates for this 5 star hotel as a compensation. Recommendable if you can book it for 70-90 euros room rate
Nice hotel with very attractively decorated large comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet. Romantic package was good although when they say they include chocolates you expect more than 4 single sweets with hotel label! Location is not great if you like to walk everywhere but the hotel is just round the corner from a metro station making it very easy to get to the centre.
Super good service, nice Hotel, good meal...only thing was that the gym closes at 22h00, and I came in at 20h30. ate and wanted to go afterwards... Not really good for people checking in at later times...
There is a lack of chairs and sunbeds around the pool area - there were only 6, this was quite inadequate to cope with the number of guests who wished to use the area.
Had a good experience here, it was a good, friendly and helpful hotel thanks to the excellent staff. The only down sides were that (i) the cleaning staff were not good at reading the 'do not disturb' sign and (ii) there were not enough sun loungers by the pool. Taxi fares from the river to the hotel after a night out ranged from €5 - €6.50. Watch out, one taxi driver tried to rip us off! I would not complain if I had to stay here again.
I had a great time here - concierge really helpful with ideas of activities and getting about Valencia tips and his English was ok too. The pool could use a few more sunloungers but this is my only negative. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of variety and good quality. Location is not right in the centre of things but very handy to both tram and metro so it is easy to get around. (Buy a Valencia travel pass which allows travel on bus, tram and metro - only 15 euros for 3 days)
This is an excellent and modern hotel in Valencia in an unfortunate location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculate and the rooms large and comfortable.
Up to the stabdards of a 5 stars hotel. Good accomodation, beautifull room. Restaurant food could better ( may be we made the wrong choice on the menu)
Our stay at the hotel was a delight and I would thoroughly recommend it to all. The rooms were fantastic and very spacious with smart bathrooms (and jacuzzi baths) .The breakfast was also grreat (especially with a bottle of Cava available at the buffet). The Location is not right in the centre but moments from two metro lines which will take you to the centre in 10 min or the beach in 20min. It is also just 5-10min taxi ride (Eur 10) to the Airport making it great for a weekend trip (as ours was). With a great service at such good value this takes some beating and made our weekend even more enjoyable!
The beds are too soft and not worth for a 5* hotel. In general this 5* star hotel is overrated. In Switzerland this would be a max. 3-4* hotel.
Staff has good english skills and are eager to serve.
This is a very strange hotel, being in the same building as an Ibis and a Novotel and starting on the 14th floor. Rooms are quite small but very good and views excellent. Whirlpool bath great. Dinner menu limited and expensive, but breakfast excellent. Metro very close to get into centre.
The Hotel was faultless and we couldn't complain about the service we recieved or size of the room etc... The food was fantastic and the gym and swimming facilities were very good with lovely views. There was some building works going on around the hotel but please do not let this put you off as we didnt even notice it was really there. There was only one main problem. The hotel was really too far out of the city for us. It was an easy tube ride into town as there is a stop outside the hotel, but if you do not want to eat in the hotel it meant for us we were back and forth into the city centre and it became a nuisance. If you dont mind the 5 euro taxi fair from the city to the hotel, then by all means this was a fantastic hotel.
Great hotel and great value for money, the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful.
excellent hotel !very helpfull staff, rooms perfect.quality food and drink. Only downside is the location, about three stops on the metro to get into town. I'd have no hesitation recomending this hotel especially at the rate we paid.
