"Not very close to Eurostar or the Grand Place. Newly refurbished but the designers forgot that big empty marble courtyards carry sound. In my room I could hear every word spoken several floors below in the lift and breakfast room area. If you are a light sleeper avoid the hotel. " - Anonymous

"Very centrally located. Walking distance, actually, to either of the three "Gares", if not too heavy luggage. Nice and effective for a business traveller like myself. " - Anonymous

" This hotel should have better pillows, earlier breakfast(6:30), complimentary coffee in the lobby, and free lobby internet access(two(2) access stations) and the shower enclosure should be full not partially as in our room. We got water on the floor each time we showered,perhaps this is due to the placement of the shower tower. The mattresses were good, but since we were a couple, the separate beds pushed together did not make it. The complimentary bath items were appreciated.
