Getting there:Arriving by car from any motorway (Madrid,Valencia or Murcia) just follow the addres to "Alicante-Puerto" and "Centro Ciudad" (City Center).Once you are at the Harbor (Puerto) or the city center follow the Hotels' signs or the Town's Hall (Ayuntamiento), we are just inside the Town's Hall square. By bus or train, the best way is taking a taxi (10-15 minutes depending on the traffic)

Car parking:Places and special rate arranged at the nearest public car park, just few minutes walking from the hotel.

Helpful and polite front desk and housekeeping staff. Had a very good breakfast buffet, nice small gym and rooftop sundeck. Location is excellent; a couple of blocks from the beach with great restaurants and tapas bars as well as many of the Alicante sights and attractions all close by. Rooms were pleasant, clean, reasonably well-appointed and quiet for the most part. I'd stay there again and/or recommend it to a friend.
I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is of a good standard.
Pleasant hotel in excellent location. Rooms not overlooking the Plaza are a bit dark. Reception staff very helpful.

an excellent, business user type hotel aswell as holidaymakers. shame the square to the front is being repaved at the moment with very noisy hydraulic eqpt going all day, will be lovely when done. a small interesting antique/fleamarket in the cloisters on a sunday morning immediately outside the hotel door. views of the santa barbara castle from front balconys excellent. all round very good, would return.
We loved this hotel, the location could not have been better. The staff were great and the room was always clean.
I stayed at the Eurostars Mediterranea twice and it is the best hotel in Alicante I guess, location could not be better, staff is indeed very welcoming and friendly and the roof of the hotel is just perfect for a little sunbath or a nice bottle of wine at the evening. If you stay there ask for the rooms 204 to 208 with a terrace !
Excelelnt service and location
This was a great place to stay in Alicante. No hype, just a pleasant relaxing place with great staff, great breakfast and close to everything!
The location cannot be better! However the gym is everything from amazing. As long as you don't get a room on the plaza-side, the rooms are dark and not at all cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel but not a staying lasting more than a couple of days is not recommended.
Ask for a room with a balcony.
Fantastic Location, Friendly staff, Good sized room with good views and facilities. Breakfast was also of a very good standard with a good selection of both hot and cold buffet. This hotel provided everything that we required.
