Very nice modern hotel. Only issue is the location - it's more than a walk from the trainstation if you have luggage and it could be noisy with the road beside it (though it wasn't for us)

By the highway, 10 min walk from the old town. Easy, free parking. A fresh, new hotel - quite good prices as well. We missed a sunterrace and a swimmingpool.

unfortunately the hotel is located next to the highway so not recommended at all for light sleepers. Rooms are nicely design, although quite small. The door between the bathroom and room are not giving you necessary privacy when you are in the bathroom (the doors are glass doors and does not fully closing (there is a gap between the doors and the ceiling). for the rest, nice, friendly staff, not too far from the walls.

Standared hotel-chain room in modest but modern and clean hotel. Easy access to major roads, but a bit far from tourist attractioins in Lucca.

Absolutely top rate hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. Feels like a top end 4* hotel with excellent rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Is a 15 minute walk to the city centre - easily doable through a peaceful neighbourhood. We used it as a base to both pisa and cinque terra - works very well. (p.s. - If you are going to cinque terra though, I would recommend staying there as it is absolute heaven!)

Very modern hotel. Good breakfast. Good service and friendly staff. Whe came by train, the hotel is little walk from the city-center of Lucca but whe did'nt mind.

misleading location info on rates to go...new hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of the old walled city of lucca on the main north south highway in the new city of lucca outside of old lucca...otherwise excellent in every respect great price new clean room super hot breakfast competent friendly staff...really even the walk to the old city was nice...enjoyed the stay very much,would stay there again oustanding eurostars hotel but not in old city centre...

Hotel is very modern and confortable. The location is average: it's outside the old city walls, about 15 minutes brisk walk to reach them. It's located next to a Macdonalds and near the motorway, although there is no noise problems at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as you are happy with the location.

This hotel and the room were above the standard we had experienced in Italy. The front desk staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. It was great to find a spacious carpark with free parking. Our only problem was finding the hotel when we arrived in Lucca, it would pay to take a map or call ahead and get directions from the Hotel

Room and lobby mini-bars very useful and welcome (although we never saw the beer other people mentioned); also room had large fully opening window. It was very quiet at night. My only gripe would be that breakfast was a bit under-whelming; only 1 sort of fruit juice the first day (3 the next), no natural yogurt, and we had to ask for more scrambled egg as the dish was empty at 9.30 (breakfast is til 10.30).

Lovely hotel. It was a little hard to find until you knew where it was! Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. A bit of a hike into the town if you are walking.

They make every effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Hotel was pleasant enough but not really walking distance to Lucca, you would need to take a taxi. Staff very helpful.

Excellent for 1 or 2 night stay. Good business facilities. Good, surprisingly quiet, location. I would definitely stay there again.

The help and support that i received from the front desk was outstanding, they made my visit most enjoyable.

This was a very enjoyable visit to a hotel with excellent facilities, very good food and very friendly staff. I could not fault it in any way.
