Evancourt Motel Melbourne

"The other reviews i have read about this motel, have been ever so nice. This motel should be shut down, it smells as soon as you walk in the door. The room was like staying in a prison cell, only you have a shower and toilet. The room was dirty and smelt like paint(as if it was painted the day before) there were 2 air conditioners and neither worked. We stayed for about 3 hours the first night and didn't bother going back the second, the place mad me sick. The room i booked i didn't get my 3 month old had to sleep with us there was no room to put anything else for him to sleep in. The whole place was discusting, i wouldn't recomend staying there, pitch a tent instead, thats all i can say. " - Nina Armstrong

"The place is old and not well maintained. Lack of care about gardens, flaky paint, things lying around are indicative of a business that is run down and the owners don't really care. Our bed was broken but we fixed that with a telephone book. We are unlikely to stay there again." - Barry Curtis
