Evancourt is a small suburban Motel with 13 motel rooms, there are also budget hostel rooms available. We cater for short term and long term stay and are located in Malvern East which is 12km from CDB. We are walking distance to public transport and Monash Uni Caulfield and close to Caulfield Racecourse and Chadstone shopping centre. There are many Pubs, cafes and Restaurants close by as well as supermarkets, banks and Post Office.

disappointed with the non english speaking all the time i was at reception when they were trying to work out our reservation problem. Have not a problem with non english when customers are not around but dont think it is appropriate when customers around
very nice hotel. clean sheets and great service. rooms might need some updating as it s quite vintage. the shower facility is really good. love the water pressure. overall, it is one of the best budget hotel.

Room was very small, but suitable for our use which was simply for sleeping.
Its not real flash,but clean and comfortable,with in walking distance of the Caulfield Racecourse,and a great Racecourse Hotel,would stay there again.
This Motel was very untidy with cobwebs in room. A very second rate establishment. Fine as a Backpackers but not what you would expect of a Motel.
The place is old and not well maintained. Lack of care about gardens, flaky paint, things lying around are indicative of a business that is run down and the owners don't really care. Our bed was broken but we fixed that with a telephone book. We are unlikely to stay there again.
so far this hotel is suitable for the anybody to find cheaper one but the smell is not good especially at night.
their staff are kind and helpful. and the service is very good.
Small rooms and does not have in room facilities, ei cable TV, microwave, chair, for long term stays.
A bit of attention to detail would help. Knob missing on radio so could not operate that. No cover on light fitting. However good value, friendly staff and would use again.
Exellent value for money will stay again.
A good budget option. however very basic and a little out of the way. Good transport link to central Melbourne by train (approx 20 mins), motel is 10 min walk to station.
Excellent service and great price for what you get.
The rooms are cheap, well furnished, comfortable and clean. The staff were polite and helpful, and overall it was a pleasant stay. If I were to visit Melbourne again, most probably I would stay at this Motel once more.
