Close enough to Termini to be an easy walk, but not so close as to feel like you're in the less salubrious area. Close to Metro station & key bus routes. Street view room was very quiet and staff most helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.
Location is excellent! 10 mins walk from station yet in a nice area. The hotel has been nicely refurbished. Very modern and stylish. The manager was very helpful and friendly, looked after our bags etc. It was very quiet and we weren't disturbed at all. Surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was even good considering it's Rome. Croissants, pastries, rolls, cheese, fruit, cereal, range of hot drinks and juice. It was a bit expensive, but then Rome is an expensive place to stay. Other than that we couldn't fault it. We'd definitely stay there again. Some of the other places, closer to the station, had lots of grafiti and looked awful. We were so relieved we found our little haven tucked away in a little courtyard off a main street with nice boutiques and eateries everywhere. Close enough to walk to main attractions and Ancient Rome, but there's a metro stop just a few metres from the front door if you prefer. We highly recommend the Everest!!

The room was excellent, clean, comfy bed, but no TV as stated in the blurb. Staff friendly & very helpful. Ideal location to the station & bus links to the airport. Within walking distance of most main attractions, about 40 mins walk to the Vatican, but this is the best way of seeing Rome!! Breakfast is in a little place round the corner, a bit small by English standards, but there are plenty of eating places within a 10 min walk. Would recommend & will stay there again if we ever go back to Rome.
Very good location. Poor breakfast. Friendly staff. NO internet connection available as promised. NO TV in the room as promised. Although the room was very good, with a excelent bathroom/toilet and a very good service. Lift is just horrible. Quite pricey, especially if you expect some stuff and it's just inexistent
Despite a totally newly renovated room and hotel, the suply of hot water was limited. Also the breakfast good be improved. Having said this, the location is perfect and within walking distance from everything. Carlo, the receptionist, was very helpful and Italian, and we still recommend this Hotel to others as rooms are very clean, the bed is good quality and so is the bathroom.
Not very easy to find first time as in multi use building with door entry system on main door to courtyard outside working hours (we arrived on a Saturday). Poor breakfast at bar round the corner. Location very central and, therefore, hotel probably quite good value. No real problems but not quite what we expected.
No internet in the rooms. No TV in the rooms. No restaurant in the 'hotel' (half of floor in a big building), but the rooms are clean and new. I would not recommend anyone to stay. Also, for whose who are not closely familiar with Rome (as I was): do not stay near Termini. Hotels in the area are overpriced and usually bad, as well as restaurants. Try other areas instead.
The positive thing in the hotel is the location and that it was totally renovated. Carlo at the reception was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately in the rooms ( one of them de lux) there was not television and refrigerator. By them the plasma TV didn't arrive after the reconstruction. The following day they put a small TV on a chair in the single room. The buffet breakfast made really big surprise. First we had to go to to a bar on the neighbour street. We got 1 coffee, 1 juice and 1 croissant. We bought on our cost normal breakfast. In the bathroom there was a "jacucci" wall, the problem was that there was not enough water pressure. But there was cleanliness, the windows are soundproof, unfortunately the wall not, therefore we heared even the smallest noise. The Trevi-Fountain is in walking distance. Probably we go back to this hotel, maybe next time everything will so, how it was written.
We were locked out of the hotel on two occasions, once it seemed as the manager was asleep in a room! We waited in the "foyer" for about an hour. Rooms were lovely and clean, but did not have all the features listed on the website (no TV), and there was no breakfast supplied, and no sign of the "Fruit basket and bottle of local wine".
there was no soap, no beath towels, no garbige can.
Don't be fooled by the good price/one star rating. This was by far the best hotel room I stayed in while traveling Europe. EVERYTHING has been remodeled and the bathrooms are as Americanized as any I've seen, complete with a jacuzzi tub. As for location, the terminal station is a few minutes away as are the major attractions. It's very private and clean.
