Full marks for facilities and service, particularly the friendly and welcoming staff and superb food. Definitely one of the best in this category that we have ever stayed in.
The Staff were very helpful and polite. But I really think the hotel should make it known a deposit is required at check in. This was not a problem for Myself but could be for some younger travellers.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom is spacious and luxuriously comfortable and all rooms offer full ensuite facilities. Rooms with disabled facilities are on request basis and are subject to availability.
Had a very enjoyable stay. We had a triple bed room and the beds where very very comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet was first class. A very clean, bright and comfortable hotel and staff are very friendly. If traffic noise is a problem then ensure you request a room away from the main road. The hotel is only a few short minutes away by bus or taxi from Derry city centre. Would definitely book this hotel again.

the only down side of this hotel is it is a five minute taxi ride away from the city everything else is excellent
Would recommend the Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Derry. Only stayed on a B&B basis which suited me. The breakfasts where of very good quality if not a little repetative. But you can't really expect anything different really. I suspect dinning at any other time will also be of high quality. To be honest, for the purposes of my stay in Derry, I couldn't have found a better Hotel. Ok the location might be just that little bit further out than say the City of Derry Hotel, but it's worth it........
Excellent! Even with a wedding there was no noise and food was lovely
there is not much of a choice on the food menu. otherwise my weekend was great.
fantastic comfy bed, not noisey considering hotel is on the main road, food very good, staff very friendly, really enjoyed it
Staff were very helpful and the hotel itself is very nice throughout. It's not within walking distance to the city but a taxi is not expensive.
