Small hotel convenient for Eurostar. Clean rooms but on the small side. No lifts so would not be suitable for anyone that find stairs difficult. Friendly and helpful staff and luggage could be stored at the Hotel until required. Breakfast basic but you get what you pay for.
Walking distance from Euston, St Pancras and Kings cross main line stations. 2 mins walk from kings cross tube station. basic , clean accomodation. Family room 2 doubles + one single bed good value. had to walk across argyle square to sister hotel for basic but satisfactory breakfast. Clean, value accomodation.
Very small room but clean. Not to noisy for this type of hotel which is a bonus. The breakfast is a bit of a shambles where to go and the fact the place we were told to go doesn't serve until 7.30am. On the whole I would probably stay else where in future.
small rooms but adequate for a short stay
I got a pretty good room, which supposedly was a triple. Like a lot of London hotels, it was very cramped. I wouldn't want to be tall or have wide shoulders to fit into most showers here, this hotel no exception. I think it is time for London to move with modern times about bathrooms
Nice Clean hotel, rooms a bit on the small side. Round the corner from kings cross station so quite accessible. En suite and toilet were in one section
Don't expect to see a "hotel" or a "hotel room", as such. This was the smallest room I had to stay in since I was a cash-strapped student, but I have to admit it was much cleaner. Now I know the meaning of "boutique hotel": it is for miniscule people! Note that reception is a couple of doors away (important when ou arrive late at night) and "breakfast" was about five minutes walk in the rain. Don't bet on amount of breakfast: a slice of toast and a marmalade washed down with lukewarm coffee. All in all, an expensive and disappointing experience.
only slight niggle is that you hav to check in next door and have breakfast at another hotel which i did not know about
tiny room....but good location.....clean and cheap.
Very good location in Kings Cross. Near underground. Rooms are small but clean. Rooms need a fan though in very hot weather.
A small hotel with small rooms and basic facilities set back from the busy main road. Clean and comfortable and ideal if looking for a short overnight stay at the right price.
The service was good in the actual hotel.
Brand new room but NO phone or Internet connection, good bed, lots of pillows, flat screen TV. Bathroom was very compact but everything was there. You check in via the Hotel next door and breakfast is down the Street at another Hotel! Staff were very friendly. Ideal for 1-2 nights stopover, no lift so need to haul luggage up the stairs.
This was a great experience - the place has just been "redone" and was immaculate! ALSO - the staff were terrific and accomodated some special requests that we had.
