Average accommodation for a good price, free parking and airport shuttle service.

Great place to stay for access to airport Stayed there 1st day of Olympics and was pleasantly surprised by the price when other places were selling rooms for inflated prices

Carpets in lobby area look a bit old, but room was clean, service was good.

The room is ok but little bit outdated. The breakfast is really simple. A cup of coffee and juice and two toasts. That's it.

the hotel was pretty standard, and while the location was close to the airport the road-noise was very loud. there was no tv remote or hairdryer in the room. however, it's great that you can park your vehicle there for a week for free while out of town.

Served my purpose well at a reasonable cost.Desk was helpful.

This hotel is minutes from Vancouver airport and well connected to the highway from the ferry terminal to Vancouver centre. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and provided directions upon request. The rooms were worn, but also spacious, clean and warm. I would stay here again.

We only overnighted there and it was convenient to the International Airport. Apart from the on site restaurant, we found another nearby which gave us the type of meal we preferred on that night. The room had 2 double beds and very little space around them, but it was comfortable.

Staff was quite rude to younger guests of the hotel. House keeping was fantastic. Location is great for airport trips but not as close to downtown Vancouver as they would have you believe.

a bit run down - but comfortable...a bit of a walk to get to anything...service was average and the breakfast just a cup of juice and some toast or a muffin.

I had no problem with checking in as I had used a hotel discount site. The room rate was reasonable and the location is great. Close to the airport with shuttle service and close to Tim Hortons.

Very average place to stay however it is very close to the airport. Not much in the way of restaurants in the area, the closest restaurants are about 15 minutes walk away. Haven't tried the in house restaurant. Don't expect too much from the "free continental" breakfast, it is basically toast, coffee and juice.

Great price and great location if you are either going to Airport, River Rock Casino or shopping. Couldn't be better. Very standard hotel, clean, beds comfortable - all you need.

This hotel is great for the price! Very close to the Vancouver Airport and offers a free airport shuttle service.

The corridor on the ground level leading to the room is cold and quite dark. One of the lights in the room keeps flickering and the curtains do not close completely so light still streams through from the window. The heater is warm for the room but the annoying part is that the air vents can't be adjusted so the air from the heater will keep the curtains flying the whole time it is turned on.

While we were worried that it was trying to appeal to the younger people and that it would be noisy, it was by far the quietest hotel that we had stayed in out of about ten others. It was very convenient as well.

The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing.

location to airport & Casino good - free shuttle service to Airport, city bus only metres away. Continental breakfast was below average, toast & juice.

We were en-route from Australia to elsewhere in Canada and the Executive Inn Express Richmond was a convenient lowish price overnight option which worked satisfactorily.

Basic hotel that was clean and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant on site.
