Value for money. Safe & Clean room.

Central location 10 mins from tube. Clean comfortable rooms, small but equiped with tea coffee facilities microwave and toaster. Very friendly, helpful staff. Suited 3 of us for weekend break. Would use again.

The service was great. The staff did everything to accommodate our needs. Close to the tube. Rooms were ok, the only thing is stairs but that's London for you.

I would not recommend booking a single room as they are situated on the top floor, and as there is no lift, climbing over 5 flights of stairs each time to get to the room can be a bit of a pain, especially with suitcases. The single bed was very uncomfortable too, being just a futon, with bits of wood missing, and pillows that seemed quite old, so not much sleep was had. Having a kitchenette was a bonus, but careful when using the toaster, as it sets the smoke alarm off!

Ok location. Excellent value for price in London. Nice area with all the things you would need when travelling, and close enough to underground.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very well equipped (cook-stove, fridge, dishes, iron, MANY hangers, TV, phone). The location is just great! The underground station is just a few minutes far. And a Sainsbury's store is even closer. And the price... When I come to London next time, I'll be definitely staying here again.

Booked a single room but they gave me a room with 3 beds so plenty of room, great facilities with cook plate, microwave, sink and fridge and good size TV. Very clean and neat. I have had better breakfasts but it was adequate - croissants, toast, cereal etc. Great value all round for 37 pounds

Good location, difficult parking. Facilities OK but need checking as some broken - eg soap dispencers broken, no soap provided - after complaint on 2nd day provided. Breakfast (not cooked) but plentiful and very satisfactory.

I thoroughly reccommend staying here ..especially if you get a last minute deal through [website]. The rooms are great -have everything you could ever need, including a fridge, microwave, hairdrier, cooker etc. The price is fantastic for what you get, the service friendly and there is a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is only a short walk from the tube station (about 5 minutes) and I would happily stay here anytime. One thing, try to get a room facing the back (because of traffic)

Well located for a modest-priced London hotel. Small rooms, but adequate for a short stay.

We only got 2 sheet in a room with 3 beds - they wanted to charge for the extra sheet. You also need to pay extra for english breakfast. Super location!

Very convenient little hotel with full kitchen facilities in each room ..a great bonus if you want to make a meal. The room I stayed in was however very small, and the furniture strangely spaced. But excellent value for money and very helpful and friendly staff.

The microwave didn't work but we were allowed to use the hotel kitchen. The staff was very friendly.

Bathroom - shower and basin were both blocked. Shower head needed changing !! room 16. Otherwise room was fine. Breakfast - no meat left an hour before breakfast finished. Just toast and awful processed cheese.

The hotel is a bit tired, but the location was good. It was ok for the money. It provides basic accommodations for a resonable price. It was billed as a 3 star hotel, but it is not.

The room was freezing and they were unable to do anything about it. Likewise microwave didn't work and the hairdryer had been removed and they were unable to replace/repair. Still was well worth what I paid but had made plans based on having the microwave.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional.However, for the price - excellent!! Recommend for the budget minded.
