small rooms with opaque windows, but comfortable bed, OK TV and usable desk; shower small with no shampoo supplied, but plenty of hot water; very close to Roma street station and central Brisbane; quirky restaurant/bar; fantastic value if just using for sleeping; staff very friendly

For the location the value was good but the noise from nearby construction was not good . Especially before 6 am. appear to be no noise laws. OK for a budget stay when construction finishes. Will take some time

The single room although small contained all stated facilities. One disadvantage was that the only view of the outside world was through a frosted window. The only way to get outside air into the room was by running the air-conditioner either on fan or cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The washing machine and dryer in the basement were good. I can't really comment on the restaurant as I didn't use it. I tried the Netkiosk but it seemed very slow and it was difficult to access sites such as Bigpond to check email.

Small room but otherwise comfortable if all you're after is a short stay at a budget price. The lift can be quite slow, especially during breakfast time! Otherwise no complaints and a great location!

The hotel is basic, but all that one can expect for the price. Conveniently located in close proximity to Roma Station,for those needing a night or two in the city befoe catching the train back to the airport. The Casino is a short stroll away and there are cafes and shops right around the corner. If you are holidaying on a budget then this is the right hotel for you!

Awesome hotel which is really close (walking distance) to Brisbane city. Will definately stay there again!!!

The smallest room I have ever seen, and the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Also noisey as next to the lift. Other than that, a cheap, clean room very close to the station and city. Only suitable for an overnighter though. Would stay again if I could get a softer bed :)

Our room (209) was tiny, and the shower/washbowl/toilet cubicle even tinier. The bed was very hard. The (white, pressed)sheets were clean. The shower curtain did not prevent water flooding the rest of the cubicle.(too short) The desk was manned when we needed it, we borrowed a hair dryer there. Luggage was kept in the foyer under supervision from the desk during the following day. Staff were pleasant.

Good for a cheap overnight hotel Wish you could open a window to let fresh air in

Bargain rates and a great little place to flop into bed after a busy work day for the out-of-towner. Definitely no frills but always very clean and tidy, good staff and so convenient to the Brisbane CBD. Unfortunately no security parking but the proximity to bus and train services can make up for that.

Place was very small but we didnt care. Good value for the money and close to everything we wanted.

The rooms are very boxy. There was a small leak in the shower so there was a completely soaked towel on the shower floor...

Great Location. Only difficulty was parking the car. It is a good idea to check in by parking close as there is a parking deal available to guests.

Very small room but quite comfortable for a 1 night stay. Would not like to have stayed longer than that.

Good and bad. Hotel in a good position, walking distance from Roma Street Station. Front desk clerk extremely polite and friendly but disappointed in the room. Clean enough but way too small, could hardly turn around, smallest shower we've ever seen, smaller than Hotels in Japan which are famous for smallness. Bed like a rock, but nice clean linen. Should have been better for the price.

Cheaper hotel in a pretty good location, but don't set your expectations too high. Small room, tiny bathroom, but entire property smells of bleach (so you know it's clean!!!)
